OUR PROCEDURE

For the showroom ‘The Impulse’, we developed an impressive customer journey in the basement that offers visitors a fascinating and impressive experience. Our approach included strategic planning and implementation to ensure that every interaction in the showroom is harmonious and immersive. By working closely with external interfaces, agencies and stakeholders, we were able to smoothly integrate all elements and ensure a consistent presentation.

An important step was the use of the Guide Tablet to enable the use of almost every screen in the showroom and to customise the welcome monitor to the respective customer group. Our team worked closely with the stakeholders to develop bespoke solutions and create a personalised and welcoming atmosphere.

The implementation of this project was characterised by continuous coordination and collaboration, which allowed us to respond flexibly to requirements and implement innovative ideas. Through our thoughtful approach and close partnership with our clients, we have created a showroom experience that exceeds visitors’ expectations and remains cutting-edge.

STATUS QUO

The showroom offers a fascinating and interactive experience, which is further enhanced by the use of the Guide Tablet. This powerful tool enables guides to not only organise their work more efficiently, but also to take visitors on an impressive journey. With the Guide Tablet, tours can be mapped intuitively and flexibly.

The basement of the showroom is home to impressive exhibits, including the Totally Integrated Automation Table (TIA table), which can display a wide range of content on a large LED wall. This content can be controlled directly via the Guide Tablet, enabling a seamless and dynamic presentation. The various levels in the basement also offer the opportunity to demonstrate live software, giving visitors a practical insight into the latest technologies.

The tours usually start in the homebases on the ground floor, where visitors start their journey through the showroom after a welcome. In these homebases, guides can show various presentations using the guide tablet. Thanks to the use of the headless CMS, the content shown is extremely flexible and can be easily exchanged. This makes it possible to adapt the presentations individually to the respective customer group and thus offer a customised experience.

RESULTS

The Impulse showroom offers an impressive and immersive experience that immerses visitors in an interactive world. From the outset, our aim was to create an environment that not only showcases the latest technologies and designs, but also creates an emotional connection to the exhibits. The positive response from visitors confirms that we have achieved this goal.

In close partnership with our customers, we maintain a lively dialogue in order to continuously develop the project. Together, we analyse feedback, identify opportunities for improvement and implement new ideas. This collaboration is the key to our success and enables us to develop customised solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our visitors.
