USE CASE OVERVIEW
At the world’s leading platform for the commercial vehicle industry, the IAA Transportation in Hanover, we supported Volkswagen on its digital journey.
In the After Sales area, we used the ServicePlus Touch Stele, which offered visitors interactive experiences. Here they could explore the German partner network via an interactive map and playfully expand their knowledge with a quiz on the ID. Buzz. Our customised marketing content made Volkswagen’s trade fair appearance a real highlight.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our ServicePlus Touch Stele at the IAA Transportation 2022 offered far more than just information. In addition to informative sub-levels and pop-ups, we integrated extended video content and an innovative map app that precisely depicted the German partner network. An interactive quiz app provided additional added value, where visitors could use their knowledge to win great prizes. Thanks to the flexibility of our B12 CMS, all content and apps could be expanded at any time, allowing us to update the content on a daily basis even shortly before the trade fair.
OUR PROCEDURE
Together with our customers, we developed a customised customer journey that optimally conveys the information to be communicated. We then implemented the design, which we linked to our headless CMS in the final step to effectively bring the content to the touch stele.
