USE CASE OVERVIEW
An innovative digital information display was developed in co-operation with the B12 Group. This system makes it possible to present product information efficiently and attractively. The display was designed in such a way that it can be used both for trade fair appearances and for daily use in sales. It integrates various data sources and ensures that all information is always up to date.


OUR PROCEDURE
Our approach began with a detailed analysis of SPS electronic’s existing marketing and sales processes. Based on the identified requirements and challenges, we developed a customised concept for the digital information display. We integrated various data sources to ensure centralised and consistent data management. By utilising the latest web technologies and a user-friendly interface, we created an interactive and easy-to-use system. We also provided training for sales staff to ensure optimal utilisation of the new system.

RESULTS
The introduction of the digital information display has significantly improved the presentation of products at the SPS. Customers and sales partners can now access product information interactively, which has led to increased customer satisfaction and more efficient sales work. The centralised management of data ensures that all information remains consistent and up to date.


STATUS QUO
The digital information display is now firmly integrated into the sales and marketing processes. It is continuously being developed and optimised to meet changing requirements. The solution has proven to be extremely effective and makes a significant contribution to the digitalisation and modernisation of company processes.
