Challenges
USE CASE OVERVIEW
For the IAA Transportation, we are supporting Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles with a digital solution for presenting their vehicles. Our focus is on the clear presentation of data such as special equipment and technical details.
Most recently, the solution was used for all 16 vehicles exhibited indoors at the IAA Transportation 2024. The display was already used at previous Volkswagen events and has been continuously developed further. Interactive content such as scrollable texts and media gave visitors quick access to all important information.
OUR PROCEDURE
The flexible layout of the application enabled a uniform structure of the content without losing sight of the individual features of each vehicle – such as special equipment, upgrades and conversions or repainting. This allowed these features to be highlighted in the best possible way. In addition, content such as financing options and individual disclaimers could be implemented for the trade fair exhibition.
On the software side, everything was prepared for the trade fair so that only the exhibitors had to be positioned during setup. During the trade fair, we were able to support all exhibitors via remote access and make content adjustments in real time.

RESULTS
The digital solution enabled an efficient and clear presentation of the vehicle data, which was used intensively by visitors. Specific highlights such as special equipment or superstructures were highlighted individually. Thanks to the advance preparation in the backend, the trade fair setup was completed quickly. The reuse of exhibitors from other trade fairs saved costs and resources.

Our digital solution is an integral part of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ trade fair presence.
With flexible functions, interactive elements and comprehensive support, we are setting new standards forstandards for the presentation of vehicles at events.
